Resolved: Missing Charger for Hover-1, Chrome 2.0

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Amazon came through again, I not only got my replacement part, I got a free Hoverboard!.

Item was bought on Nov. 23/'22, for Christmas gift in Jamaica, item was shipped in a barrel, which was just received there, January 18/'23. Upon receipt when box was opened by the recipient of said Hoverboard, it was realized that the charger was missing. I did also purchase a two-year (2) warranty.

User's recommendation: Check your packages for all moving parts, DGL a lil challenging to contact.

My complaint is grocery stores goughing customers. Xmas 2022 I bought a box of Stove Top Stuffing for 99 cents.

Today Basics sells this Stuffing for 99 cents. Today Walmart sells this Stuffing for $1.27 (acceptable).

Today Metro - Cloverdale Mall sells Stove Top Stuffing for $3.29. Completely and totally incomparable and unacceptable.

I bought a hover 1 journey for my mentally challenged grandson for Christmas and it does not work, no power and I was told to contact you all for technical support.

Why can I not get in touch with anyone from this company??!!! Emails, phone calls and ticket submissions with no success! I purchased an item December 9, my credit card was charged and not only did I not receive my item, I cant even get in touch with a single person from this company! How frustrating, just refund my money!!
