Remote Control NFL Helmet Flyer (Never Worked)
My 3 kids each got a helmet flyer for Christmas. However, no matter what we do, NONE of them work.
We charged them and did all the troubleshooting in the manual.
My kids were excited and then quickly disappointed when they tried to use them. We would like assistance and/or compensation.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Amazon came through again, I not only got my replacement part, I got a free Hoverboard!.
Amazon came through, again! Problem was resolved indeed.
Item was bought on Nov. 23/'22, for Christmas gift in Jamaica, item was shipped in a barrel, which was just received there, January 18/'23.
Upon receipt when box was opened by the recipient of said Hoverboard, it was realized that the charger was missing. I did also purchase a two-year (2) warranty.

I bought a hover 1 journey for my mentally challenged grandson for Christmas and it does not work, no power and I was told to contact you all for technical support.

Why can I not get in touch with anyone from this company??!!! Emails, phone calls and ticket submissions with no success!
I purchased an item December 9, my credit card was charged and not only did I not receive my item, I cant even get in touch with a single person from this company! How frustrating, just refund my money!!

Try to Order parts from hover-1 and no response and its been a month since I submitted a ticket can I get some help!!!!

Can't reach company for information about Auto XS dash camera. JUST GET CUT-OFF OR background music. DGL support number on product sheet is a FAX NUMBER, not a phone number; do not answer e-mails.
It is not the loss of my $25.00 because I can't get information on how to enter data into the dash camera - my irritation is because you can't reach the DGL group to get any after-purchase support.
All efforts to contact DGL group are futile.
Phone set up is apparently designed to be circuitous - you call, you get nothing. You e-mail, you get nothing.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

My complaint is grocery stores goughing customers. Xmas 2022 I bought a box of Stove Top Stuffing for 99 cents.
Today Basics sells this Stuffing for 99 cents. Today Walmart sells this Stuffing for $1.27 (acceptable).
Today Metro - Cloverdale Mall sells Stove Top Stuffing for $3.29. Completely and totally incomparable and unacceptable.
