I canceled an order for Devumi and I wanted a refund for the order I canceled and they said they wanted to see my identification of my state ID and my last four of my credit card information. I did that and so far the customer service has been horrible.

The company accuse me of fraud of which I am not stealing from there company.

The main problem with this company is that they only have one customer service agent to answer question. If you could please avoid this company they sell fake Twitter followers which a lot of the times go away and don't come back.
