In 2024 their dental plan was Liberty and Liberty approved a root canal and gave me the approval on 12/27/24.

AI Highlights
  • - Holidays closed; payment not arranged.
  • - Deadline 1/31/25; Jan done, denied for 12/31/24.
  • - 1122.00 bill; can't pay on Social Security.

They had no intention to pay because almost all medical and dental offices are closed during the holidays. I was told that I needed to get it done before 1/31/25 I got it done early in January and then they said that it was denied because it was after 12/31/24.

They are supposedly a healthcare provider for seniors and they left me with a 1122.00 bill of which I cant afford being on Social Security. Then when I tried to work out an arrangement with Great Expression I was told to call back after they spoke with the office I went to and when I tried to call them back the phone number said the number has not been assigned, That number is 888/764-****.

User's recommendation: Do not enroll in Devoted and do not go to Great Expression because neither care about their patients.
