Bought software from a non responsive company

I just bought Device Doctor 2 pro with a two year license and am a little curious about why these guys think this driver fix software works. 11 fixes came up and 8 were redundant for my machine.

DD2 pro offered drivers I already had that were up to date or the wrong drivers were recomended for my Windows 7 home premium 64 bit edition. I am having a USB host controller issue and it did nothing so your software gave me a bunch of useless updates.

I am not at all happy. Slimdrivers free could have been that useless.
