for those of you who no u no@***e attachment imagez is from 5 different deccz ALL of same "accured taste". nice quality cards, easy shuffle, easy to connect too.
i could have sworn I DID OWN A ZAMMER TWIN'S ORACLE LINK. somehow the link either expired, it just disappeared. NOW within a 90 day period at the least its a usual for me to purchase at least 3deccz. now this review is SOLEY in regard to customer service.
the quality of this companies deccz material, the art, shipping time all NO DOUBT quality. easy shuffles, easy to connect BUT when i purchased the zammer {which i have TWO deccz of every decc that i have ever felt drawn too SINCE i wuz 15 yearz old n' i'm NOW half of a 100...so when, where i purchased it could be over seas, outta da country, many different sitez includin the creators own platformz, NEVER EVER would i or have i accepted a gifted decc so I AM DEFINETLY the purchaser. i contacted the company told them about the link AND asked IF I COULD PURCHASE the guide book so IF IT WASN'T from them i was willing to be a customer{NOW THE DOWNLOAD did come from deviant moon inc website without a doubt i no that}. no matter how experienced of a reader you believe yourself to be I PERSONALLY feel you should alwayz skim the guide its actually insightful n' one should alwayz be willing to learn n' increase your spirituality...i sent my inquiry.
was asked to give my personal info for transaction-INFORMED them i had a bookin on a read i'd be non-responsive(you know couldn't reply right bacc as we BOTH where responding fairly quickily). when i woke up the next morning, contacted the company if they had found the transaction or not till this very day NO RESPONSE. what the *** is that? i would've went for the halluncation decc n' asked if they could discount the zammer guide OR include it in the purchase!!
i'm a small business owner i wasn't askin for anything FREE. there are many online groups, communities & sites to ask for the guide. customer service didn't even TRY to make me a customer if it wasn't even from them i purchased the deccz from. its a little snobbish.
there are many sites with many deccz to pick from. even if NOT your site, i still decided on YOUR decc. i neva asked for anything FREE, i asked of the link which i did obtain FROM your website. i also asked IF I COULD PURCHASE the guidebook.
its snobbished BECUZ customer service didn't even think enough of me to even WANT me as a customer. your first line of introduction TO ANY business, any return of customer IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. someone dropped the ball. the first person i enteracted with was very considerate-offering a different way to be able to look up the transaction.
it wasn't that the person said no it couldn't be purchased BUT they were trying to look up the information to assist me THAN no one followed up despite the next day I REACHED OUT trying to see if the transaction was located or i needed to pay. i have way OVER 25 different emailz EASY-so i don't even no where to begin to even look for the transaction. i feel very offended & disappointed at the outcome of the experience-its strange. does ONE expereince out weigh the entire experience with deviant moon inc?
NO! would i recommend their productz? ABSOLUTELY espeicially if your into "that s t y l e ". i've alwayz been morbidly into skullz horror gore not the traditional typa person/female.
would i recommend customer service-THAT'S NOW something differet. no matter how big a brand is they are alwayz wut they are due to their customers/patientz/fanz/clientz. i am OVERLY sure i downloaded a pdf guide book from YOUR website as the decc DID NOT COME with a guide as abandonment NOR did trionfi come with one. i own two deviant moon deccz they were purchased very far apart from each other one decc had a guide the little one didn't.
just as my grimoire decc big decc had a guide & the little one didn't? not sure wut happen but its disappointing, i could had taken the opportunity to make hallucination apart of my collection. everything happenz for reason-got it off my chest now, itz done.
didn't make sense to contact customer service and express this when in just askin if they found the transaction AND still not received a reply. if giving my personal information for them to locate/research a transaction and not get a reply-which the above is business related why expect reply in regard to how their non action and actionz made me feel???

Preferred solution: was a transaction found? purchase hallucination w/a guide book & get a guide for zammer would had been ideal. as i had the link to a zammer guide n' its no longer present.
User's recommendation: online only, i personally wouldn't want deal with their customer service anymore.
