Called the wrong number
- - The company and Spark Driver DDI are mixed up.
- - The operator was rude, spoke over me, and hung up.
- - Management was unhelpful and condescending.
Updated time and date: 10/31/23 @ 9:30am and I spoke to one of the operators when I click 0.
Apparently this company and Spark Driver DDI gets mixed up a lot and I called them thinking they were Spark Driver. The operator was VERY rude and over talked me and hung up on me before I could explain what was going on. Spoke with management and they were equally unhelpful and a bit condescending.
Not a company I would recommend doing business with as they were not equipped to communicate properly over a simple misunderstanding.
User's recommendation: If staff can’t deescalate or properly communicate to proper clients/customers, they wouldn’t be an establishment I would entrust to help me
