Updated time and date: 10/31/23 @ 9:30am and I spoke to one of the operators when I click 0.
Apparently this company and Spark Driver DDI gets mixed up a lot and I called them thinking they were Spark Driver. The operator was VERY rude and over talked me and hung up on me before I could explain what was going on. Spoke with management and they were equally unhelpful and a bit condescending.
Not a company I would recommend doing business with as they were not equipped to communicate properly over a simple misunderstanding.

I had a terrible chat experience with Katy J from DDI. But it's not just the overall experience but the fact that the email address I gave that employee was then used by 3 other DDI employees to search the profile on LinkedIn.
