BEWARE.BEWARE. BEWARE.!!!
AVOID dealing with this non-professional company especially a person by the name of John Vogel. They are a bunch of inexperienced amateurs. They pre-approve you then waste your time and efforts for weeks and months and then tell you they can’t finance you. Not only that, but they don’t own up to their mistakes and shortcomings and start playing the blame-game.
They did this with us and told the builder it’s our fault and now we lost our $26,000 down payment! Feel free to contact me if you need any information and evidence before proceeding. Go for a reputable company with good reviews instead. Their mistakes has destroyed our family's future!

This company is very bad. 1.
It took them weeks to approve the loan. It was always something until I blew my cool. 2. Illegally accessed my checking account, and my bank notified me.
3. Told on themselves by asking questions that could be answered by someone in my checking account. 4. Totally unprofessional.
They knew they were in violation. Loan is suddenly approved.
I got loan and refinanced to a lower interest rates. Run away!
