No response and no communication to customers about tickets or cancelled games until the last minute. I don't understand why the box office customer service isn't open on the weekends.

Poor fanduel service
Having problems with fanduel service and cant speak to an American to resolve issue. Poor reflection on Tigers.
To complement the professionalism of a staff member
I had the pleasure of working with Meagan Spurr when purchasing tickets for the the September 28th Tigers vs. Royals game.
Meagan was very friendly, informative and organized. I originally purchased 17 tickets from her and then an additional 5 tickets. She also helped me with the ballpark app and sent instructions on how to forward tickets. Our group of 22 had the best day ever - we got to see Miggy finish the 2nd half of Wednesday's rained out game and then watch the entire 28th game - of course, the Tigers won both!
Thank you Miggy for the incredible memories, thank you Meagan for the awesome customer service and thank you Tigers organization for continuing to set the standard for other ball parks! Sincerely,

Sept. 27th game got postponed and played it before the Sept. 28th game on Sept. 28.
The message was shown before the Sept. 27th game and not at all before the Sept. 28th game!
We went to see the Sept. 28th game, not the postponed Sept 27th game.
There was absolutely no communication, nor were any phone lines or emails answered.

Preferred solution: Change your practices to make them more consumer friendly. Communicate with the consumers that are funding your paychecks.

My grandson won the Match game at the Tiger game on June 9. I have video.
He never received his prize. We contacted Promotions and have not received any follow up. I plan to put my complaint on social media if i don't hear from someone. I cannot get in touch with anyone at Comerica.
I have been trying for 2 months. My phone is 734-635-****.
