Left a dirty car and overcharged!
I have received no reply from Detailz to date despite filing a complaint against them with you, the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General\'s Office!
I called them to schedule an appointment to outside detail my car. They told me they could get rid of swirl marks and holograms in the paint.
They quoted me $154 for the work. They came and cleaned the car at my home while I was at work. They left no paperwork or receipt. When I came home from work the car was still dirty and there was wax still left on the car.
The swirl marks and holograms were not removed. I called them to complain and they said they would charge me to come back out to fix it. They also said they were not responsible for the dirt that was on the car when they came to clean it.
Then when I checked my bank account they took $170...$16 more than they were authorized to take. When I called them they said too bad we don't do refunds.
