Why my payment did not go through

I called to make a debit card payment but the payment did not go though. So I was afraid that I was going to be a day late took my 93 year old mom on a trip, but got back one day late so I put money as soon as I got home and which was for my last balance 170 and some change , all this stress and they don't even take my payment I know I made it you know computers there very reliable, so I'm thinking I'm going to tell you I was on time so I don't get bad credit report, but you know what honesty is best for me right now. Any I will make payment later must be nice to not have to worry about my messy 700 must be nice to be rich.

User's recommendation: Destiny is a company that kind of makes it hard to make payment maybe nobody pays I don't know but I feel any debit card should be good enough it's debit like cash but I have to use my checking it's like they don't want to get paid I really appreciate the fact for giving g me a chance to show I have changed but at least make it easy for us to pay and show we deserve the chances this great nation and company has given to us that's all pay and keep it up guys only in America.

They can accept debit cards as long as you pay the fee normally 10 to 15 dollars. .

Debit card is not free. It is really simple setup ACH.

Very first year having Destiny and it's difficult to understand the higher interest rates and such

So, I opened the Destiny account in part to build some credit, and also to have a credit to lean on between paychecks. My boyfriend has his name on the account to use the card freely if needed.

But, I am pretty positive that two cards were sent out. I have mine, but his is nowhere to be found. I just wanted to know for sure that two copies of the card were, in fact, sent out: one with my name and one with his. I have mine in my wallet; his is nowhere to be found, and I'm confused as to why he's not reported it missing or not in his wallet.

So I just wanted to clarify for sure that he too was also sent his copy of the card, just in case, in fact, that I, the primary card holder, was indeed the only one who was in fact sent a card. And my boyfriend was either just allowed to use it if I, in fact, handed him the card to use, or sent a copy with the account info and such.

But with his name on his separate card. So, I basically just wanted to clarify that we were, in fact, both given cards with our names, with access to the account.

User's recommendation: Clarify that access is granted to the account but only by the two people who have access and or own the account with the understanding that if one or both cards come up lost or stolen then it should be reported immediately

My card has been stolen and I cannot get though to you all by phone cancel it!

A waste of time and effort for anyone needing a cc

Got the card and it took awhile, then when I activited it it would work. Later it called my first charge suspicious and they are shady about using the card. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN BEING AT THE DMV.

Wyndham misrepresents the vacation packages. I contacted them and received no response. The packages cost $700 a night and $2000, which is not what I was told.

I didn’t get to finish my on-line application yesterday, it would not let me go to the next step

I don't feel any way about you because you're taking information from potential customers and are not on the real deal. I put in all the information required, but then you didn't proceed to finish up the application for the pre-approved information to close up the page. You shouldn't do this to customers; you need to be legit.

Denial of Every Attempt to use Card

They deny every attempt to use the card and say nothing, no text, no call, no email! They do this after hours where there is not a working soul on to speak to about the issue.

This card is very restrictive on who you pay and how much you use.

I thought the credit limit dictated that? But apparently not!

They lied about my credit score wish you could see pictures. Cant even afford a life.

Let alone build credit for school.

I applied for a credit card the company couldnt get my score because I had it locked when I unlocked my credit score I applied again and was denied because of two applications were applied

Horrible customer service and process!!!

It took 4 months to get my card. After 4 calls.

Then I couldn't use it when received. They made me send a picture of my ID and told me it would be 7 days before I could use it. Never got a call and card still didn't work. Called and instructed to resend picture ID.

They accused me of hanging up on them which did not happen. I could not get them to expedite anything to help the customer that has waited way too long for her card to be activated.

I just canceled my card and that's it. Done!!
