Unable to convert future cruise credits in Canadian dollars to US dollars on initial booking.

I booked 2 cabins on Princess Cruises with Destinos. I had 2 future cruise credits in Canadian dollars.

Destinos could not accept the cruise credit because Destinos works with US dollars. I had to pay the downpayment & Destinos said they will convert the future cruise credits from Canadian to US funds when final payment is due. Now will Princess Cruises give me my onboard credit for using these 2 cruise credits at final billing?

Change title on ticket

A ticket was bought for me to Belize. I left on January 11 from Madrid Spain and arriving in Marruecos I was not allowed to board my flight as my ticket had Asensio Perez and my last name is Asensio.

The person did not want to change the name.

I need to fly to Belize urgently. Kindly assist me in having the title change.

Warning about deceptive practices and devil-tonged sales people

I have given Destinos four years to prove themselves as a reputable company. I should have Googled them way before now.

I just found out they are doing or not doing some of the same things that others have complained about. First, we signed up in 2018, after being hounded by sales people!! We asked them over and over if they were not a timeshare. So first deceptive practice!

The discounted stays at the Vida resorts are what our membership worth it because we did go into debt and did not fall into their traps. But they sell you on Vida dollars to make you believe you have great benefits, but there are restrictions to use them. The places to travel are limited and beware not quality places to stay. Customer service has limitations and don't stand behind their sales.

We joined so that we could take more vacations at and experience luxury 4-5 star properties. In 2019, Pat talked me into an upgrade that has done absolutely nothing for me. She lied about the value of the points awarded.

In April, I let Leo/Leon the liar, talk me into another useless upgrade for $3600. Points have little value.

Found out that in order to get access to my funds of $3400, I have to pay an annual fee of $99. If I don't, I don't have access.

I was told they had a tour service, but I cant access their tour service website. I have to call a third party.

I was told I could use my Vid Dollar for air fare-that was a lie. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was there for a sales presentation was treated very rudely. They even told my travel mate to shut up, be quiet when she was asking questions.

After 4 hrs of telling them no I was not interested in buying in or trading in my current time share, I walked the path of shame with sales represented to the so called check out. The sales representative was so super friendly at the beginning of presentation, but never talked or acknowledge us as he walked us to the check out room, as we were terrible people. Never said good bye

Then at the check room, stayed there for another hour being strong armed into buying another smaller program. We would tell one person no.

They would say ok bring in another person to spend another 20 min with another program. After being in the check out room going through 4 other sales representative for another hr I finally folded under pressure to buy a 10 yr vacation plan with Destinos Unlimited at a cost of $3400. It was my ticket to finally get out the door for fear I would be held hostage until I caved. Now I get a bill from Destinos for an annual fee to renewal my Interval International membership which I told them I didn’t need as I have it already with my other time share.

They said not problem they would remove that membership requirement. They lied.

So stay clear of this company. Or if you get sucked into a sales representative stand your ground and leave when YOU are done with them. As an older woman they treated be with no respect, treated rudely .

We had the same experience, however, we got stuck paying $7k!! Biggest mistake of our lives! I wish there was a way to get our money refunded or able to sell this..........
