Change travel dates
Cannot speak with a person by phone or even live chat. The only way they respond is by email 24-48 hours after you attempt to reach them, and the issue is never resolved with that one email.
With all the money paid to this company, I'd expect much better customer service than this. At this point, I'd rate their customer service in the negatives.
