Horrible People - Violant Threatning Company
- - Emails disappear or fail to reach recipients despite a sent receipt.
- - Fees include web hosting, email hosting, and storage overages.
Despite "best-in-industry" email platforms, my emails continually disappear from servers or fail to make it to my recipients' addresses despite a sent receipt. Further, I'm charged multiple fees, one for web hosting (which is fine), another for email hosting (which is fine), and another for excess data used as a result of me storing my emails on the Design Evelop servers—I don't know about you, but for me, retaining the ability to search old emails is important, after all, I'm obligated to retain business records and communication(s) for a number of years.
Design Evelop will charge you extra for the privilege which mounts up when you consider these are month on month expenses.
When I look back, I should've cut the cord a long time ago, my only reluctance was the fact that Design Evelop embedded certain code into my website which stopped me from transferring my site to another web hosting provider. That in itself is unethical, to say the least.
I hope this negative Design Evelop review helps other people stay away from them.
Design Evelop Bad Experience - Scam Company
- - Half-built site that failed.
- - Issues were hard to fix and customers ordered by phone.
- - Fees charged with no explanation linked to Logo Sensation.
Just wanting to let everyone know about my bad experience, so here is my Design Evelop review.
We used Design Evelop to build and manage our website but in the end we got a half built website that did not work properly.
We exhausted much of our time to rectify many ongoing problems that in the end were too time consuming to fix and some problems that even their team couldn't fix, our customers got tired of trying to access the site and most of them just called and ordered over the phone.
We were also charged miscellaneous charges that we didn't agree to and when we asked about the charges we got no response.
I feel that we had made a big mistake going with Design Evelop as they offered websites from $299 which seemed appealing but in the end of the day we're very dissapointed with not only wasting our money but also our time.
I Did some research on them recently and found out they use to be called Logo Sensation, they changed their name to Design Evelop as they had so many negative reviews from their old name Logo Sensation and are trying to hid from their past.
Preferred solution: Full refund
