Designer Optics - No glasses and lost approx. $500 ($497).

Placed my order before the end of 2023 using my leftover FSA balance. After multile inquires, finally told they do not have the frames and the manufacturer does not have them. The order was cancled, but as it is now 2024, I cannot use the FSA balance.

Glasses not shipped

RI ordered my glasses on 8/4, my order was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 7 business days - its been 3 weeks and after reaching out, they told me they are still working on my order, in the meantime, I ordered the exact frames online from another company, was able to go to LensCrafters and Ive been wearing my glasses for over a week (when I tried to cancel the order with designer optics, they told me it was nonrefundable, so I am disputing it on my credit card )

A label was created for my glasses to be shipped,but i have yet to receive my glasses very dissapointed!!!
