Desigh Tech in Spring Texas on 45 north
AC has been out twice in 4 years . First time they just put freon in and left this time we can't get them to honor anything .
It's been going on 5 wks. and they still have not been out. My sister in-law is going to have heart surgery the 24th and Design Tech could care less if a lady is sitting around in Texas heat. They will not return calls and twice they have tolds us they would be out and never show.
If your smart stay away from Design Tech. They have the nerve to laugh at trouble.Me and some friends will be by their location with signs and will answer any questions.
