I tried to ask the question nobody came to answer my question and then when they said they would answer my question and they wanted to charge me five dollars to answer my question

User's recommendation: I’m sure the product is great but customer service sucks. I can’t talk to anybody nobody talks to you and they tried to charge you to talk to them.
