CAN NOT DOWNLOAD DESIGNS FRM PLUS PURCHASES,

They responded to your site. I couldn’t find a way to contact them anywhere, that was frustrating!
I’m a big long timr member to there site. I didn’t respond to there request but the issue was resolved.
I can not download any of of my purchased designs. It pops up a picture of the design but will not let me download.
I would appreciate your attention to this as I am trying to work on Christmas projects

- - Store disabled after joining DesignBundles with no notice.
- - Tickets closed without reply and posts removed.
- - I can't log in; my products are still sold.
Back in 2017 I was amazed to join DesignBundles and start selling my designs there. However, about a week my store became disabled, for no reason.
Without any letters or notifications from the DesignBundles team. Simply nothing
Then I opened a ticket to be assisted via the ticket system. My ticket was closed during the day without providing a single word :( I reopened it and provided some extra details, and it became closed again, without a word of answer.
All posts on social media asking to resolve the issue were removed.
All requests via email and support tickets are ignored.
And there is another thing that looks incredibly dishonest to me, if not saying :( I cant log in to my admin account and you keep selling my digital products!
It sounds like a pure scam to me Digital creators and buyers! Please beware of these scammers!

Preferred solution: Make the store back online and apologize for the nasty behavior
