This company is obviously fraudulent.
- Contract signed April 2022; payments began August 2022.
- Panels installed Feb 2023; not operational; company unresponsive; payments still expected.
Signed a contract in April of 2022, Mosaic Solar started taking payments out August 2022. No panels up until February 2023 after many threats of legal action.
Panels are up, but still not operational. Company does not respond. Mosaic Solar says we still have to make payments on something that we can't even use. They promised us $2k sign on bonus, but we've only received $600 after many complaints.
They never return calls and the person you need to talk to is always in a "meeting". Going with this company and Mosaic Solar for the loan was the worst mistake!!!

This company is a scam
- The reviewer calls the company crooked and the worst.
- They spent $46,000 on a roof decoration that has yielded no savings after 2+ years.
Absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. I purchased their package because of the savings on my monthly electrical bill they promised.
I am now over 2 years into having a $46,000 roof decoration that has never saved me a cent. NEVER do business with this crooked company!

- Promised 2 years with no payment, but reimbursement is delayed.
- Calls about 2x per week; always the same release-date reply.
I was so excited to get my solar panels especially when I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the first 2 years!! What a deal right...
nope I have been waiting over a year for my "reimbursement check". Every time I call (which is about 2 times a week) I get the same answer..."As soon as we get a release date on the funds you will be informed." I have yet to be told anything different. It seems that the "accounting department" doesn't know anything and I have yet to receive a different answer. I am extremely irritated with this company.
No matter who you talk to or which department you talk to its the same answer. If I could do it over again I would definitely shop around and look into different companies.

- They take months to respond to emails, and installers arrive when they want.
- They break contracts and edit them, still not following through.
Still going back and forth with this company for trying to get the reimbursement check they promised as well as an estimated date on the additional panels.They've started somewhat responding but being very rude and condescending when they do- to the point where we have had to break out the contract and read verbatim what they promised and when.The panels are producing decently given the crap weather- but not to the amount we were lead to believe. It also had not made a reduction in our bill- not much at least when you factor in the new cost of the equipment as well as the varies new taxes that go along with it per AL Power.Point of this- still avoid this company. They are basically snake oil salesmen and bullies who harass you until you cave.
They lie all the time. You have to basically fight with them on BBB to even get an answer from these people.
DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
