Fake real estate lawyers
These guys pretend to be experts in real estate law, but their only expertise is in how to squeeze money out of you. Once you pay up, they either come back for more without earning the first retainer or go to sleep. I think they actually want you to lose so that they can get a payoff from your opponent. There is talk that they are Mafia-owned or run, and they act like it. One of them got disbarred and the whole company should be, too.
