Frud from my deserve account

I wanted to buy a ticket from philadelphia to niagara fall and found a Flyodeals company wich has a cheap ticket $66. I booked it but they did not send me eticket then on wednesday morning they called me that $66 was sold out and you can pay $167 instead of $278.

I bought it as I planned everything.

They tried 3 times to deducted money from my credits but declined and told me send your ID photo and I did not and noticed they deducted money from my deserve accounts and flight should be on Friday at 5am and they did not send any tickets to me. Again on Friday called me that we called you on Thursday to say that ticket was sold out and pay more to send it for you and I told I want my money and he said it was non refundable and told you did not send me any ticket that it was non refundable.

Waiting 2 months for lost card

Made a simple request for a replacement card almost 2 months ago!! Supposed to take 10 days to arrive.

When calling to rectify you get their customer service in India who barely speak english and have no clue how to do their job!! They make excuses and out right lie to their customers. They just will not send me a replacement card and could care less. Its like the twilight zone talking to these *** Terrible company and worse customer service.

Do not get involved. You will regret it!!!

Recurring dispute

A month ago, I saw some charges on my statement that I knew I didn't make. I immediately disputed said charges and requested a new card number.

Last week I received an email saying that I lost the dispute and the charges were valid. I demanded to review the "evidence they used to make their ruling but have received nothing.

Now I get my latest statement, and there are two more charges from GARDENSUPPLIES TODAYCO! Aside from that, their website is completely useless and their mobile app is inaccessable unless I am willing to hit the back button on the drop down calendar 670 times to enter my birthdate which cannot be entered manually.

Regarding my Phone Number updated

I got my phone number changed yesterday because it was deactivated for some reason, now I am unable to sign in to my deserve application because it is alsing for the phone number which has been deactivated

The old phone number was this (317)419****.

Can you please help me on this
