Bad customer Service
- - VIP sales were high-pressure.
- - I bought it to save money; no callback.
- - The 2020 Road Glide Special cost about $38k and totaled in 9 months.
I want to make one thing perfectly Clear don't buy the VIP service that they try to sell you. I listened to their high-pressure sales speech and bought it because it is supposed to save you money on your service over the next 3 years.
Furthermore, I owned my 2020 Road Glide Special which I added a stage 3 (with Tax, license, Stage 3 I spent about $38,000.00) and owned for about 9 months. At that time it was involved in an accident and the bike was totaled. I went in today to talk about getting some kind of refund off the $3800. I spent on it.
First, I waited for about 20 minutes to see the sales manager, at that point I realized that I would be there for a long time, so when I talked to the person helping me I was told that I would receive a phone call which never happened.
In the future, I will be taking my business somewhere else that appreciates my business. You would think when you spend that much money you would get some customer care.

User's recommendation: Go to Scottsdale Harley-Davidson
Bad experience
- - I drove an hour to test-drive a used motorcycle (Honda Goldwing).
- - Liability blocked the test drive; only Harley bikes could be driven.
Set up an appointment to test drive a used MC, drove an hour to get there. When I asked about seeing the bike and then driving it, they said for liability reason I could not drive it, but can drive any of their Harley bikes (I was looking at a used Honda Goldwing).
I requested to talk the person I scheduled the appointment with, they claimed she was in a meeting, then when I insisted talking her she 'has left for the day'. They did not seem to be that professional.
User's recommendation: I would keep away from that dealer.
Big big rip offs
- - I spoke to Gavin Stone, sent pictures, and waited two weeks while another Harley dealer found no gear issue and quoted $2,670, and I have proof.
Yes I tried to talk to Gavin Stone I told him what happened I sent him the pictures he made me wait two weeks and said I don't see what my mechanic did wrong after I showed him the gears I took it to another Harley dealership they repaired the bike and said there was nothing wrong with the gears they wanted $2,670 to fix the gears in the transmission and there was nothing wrong with them and I have proof of that and I'm going to the attorney general tomorrow thank you
