Would not refund pre-paid reservation (10 days advanced notice) for death in family

My wife and I made a reservation, requested advanced payment. Would not refund pre-paid reservation (more than 10 days advanced notice) for death in family. Discussed making it available to someone else. Agreed that if so we would be refunded. They confirmed that they made it available and someone else paid for it. NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! How many years I have to wait? This people are after your money DOUBLE PROFIT at customer expense. Shameful place NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! NO REFUND, still waiting!!!! How much longer do I have to wait?
