They just don't care
I ended up trying to talk to one of their ceo's but he was hot head that was not interested in being any help He spoke down to me at chance he could. I don't know if he had a headache or what but he was really rude when l said can say something he yell NO!
He did not care about anything l had to say and he was way out of l Iine for his duties. Very disappointing his respons were snotty and inmature. He told me l was disrespectful to him. I was as the conversation moved on and he was very rude.
I took up for myself he didn't like that. His name is avaliable if contacted and can be found on the Ajo comments section.
I wish l had a tape of the conversion l would. Share it on line

This has to be done to cover my 10/11 visit at Arizona City - Desert Senita Community Heeparealth Center.
I gave my ChampVA card and my United Heathcare card when I checked in for my 10/11 visit to Rekha Cheryan. FNP. She ordered blood draws and referred me to Banner Imaging for a right knee exray.
Yout front desk should have advised me that my UHC card was not valid at your clinic before letting me see your provider.

You accepted my UHC card, so saw Rekha Cheryan, FNP. She requested blood DRAW at your clinic and right knee xray at Banner Imaging.
Received call 10/12 stating my UHC card is not accepted.
Concerned about the situation.
