Billing department

Hello my name is Joseph Mulqueen and I've been trying to contact the billing department for months and haven't received a call back about the financial assistance program. Also medicare informed I had QMB at the time of the services and its ILLEGAL to bill me any amount for these services. My account number is 220000ALV and please call me at 330734**** to resolve this issue. Thank you
