Be cautious of Desert Orthopedic Center, LV - the staff is questionable to rid of pts if it's too overwhelming to them!

Was scheduled for surgery days ago after getting clearance for it as working with Eva, Dr Woodworth's Medical Asst, and realized that after I got lied to by her not following up my request for home health for post-surgery realizing my own nurse telling me she's never heard from her to get the information that today I get a call Aug 30 from DOC director stating Dr. Woodworth's declined to provide my surgery for this Thur, Sept 1 after I have been preparing and asking questions on it. The only reason so far I got was I wasn't able to work well with Dr Woodworths' team even though if Eva can get away lying to me from getting requested home health care to not calling the nurse for me, this would never have happened. She thinks someone who is less than twice years older than her can be resilient after 2-3 days from surgery. Sounds a bit way off with this Med Asst, Eva or something doesn't sound right the way they handled the situation after they overnighted my notes asking for an MRI twice of the exact same limb within three months then the tear got worse and now they call me to decline my surgery two days prior. What kind of screwed-up world do we live in? If she's not happy working there, she should quit and work somewhere she can be honest to people and do her job because if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't be here today doing their job. I was told will be given list of providers. I really thought he was a good man and was a man of God and did not rely on his own intuition but he's been deceived by his own colleagues (flesh) if he doesn't know that himself. Maybe someday it'll catch up with Eva about how she turned away patients from DOC's Drs but he believes her or the staff but not the patients, especially done to a disabled military veteran. One of Google's reviews showed another '1' rating from another recent review stating STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I should have listened. I guess if you play along their game, they won't go against you as long it's done their way.
