Yamaha Golf Cart "LEMON" Dealer and Yamaha won't help correct the situation, only blame each other

Update by user Aug 02, 2011

It has been 30 days, and I have lodged BBB complaints against Yamaha, and Desert Golf Cars but to no avail. The BBB states that since they repaired it every time there is no problem.

Evidently it doesn\'t matter that some problems are ongoing due to mismanufactured parts.

Also can\'t file under \"LEMON LAW\" due to time constraint. Evidently consumer loses again.

Yamaha and Desert Golf Cars of AZ. figure that now I will go away, but not true, I will bad mouth both forever.

I bought a 2008 Yamaha Sun Classic in June of 2008. Since then it has been in for 7 mufflers, both rear axle bearings at different times, a new clutch pack, a battery at only 9 months, both front tires worn severely as it was 1/2 inch out of alignment on delivery. Also belts replaced as it had wron drive belts on delivbery. I have talked to the owners of "Desert Golf Cars" in Sun City West, Az. and e-mailed Yamaha Golf-Car company, but they won't even talk to me anymore. If this isn't a classic case of the "Lemon Law", what is ?
