You'll Die in the Desert!
- - No updates for two weeks after order.
- - I asked to cancel and refund; shipments went.
- - Automated message cited a glitch and orders shipped.
I have a complaint against "DESERT ESSENCE". And it is solely based on the integrity and respect for their customers they clearly do not have.
I placed and order with them and did not hear from them for TWO WEEKS. I emailed and explained how I felt it was unfair they took my money and didn't take the time to notify about the progress my order. I asked to cancel my order and for them to refund my money. The emailed me an automated like letter saying they had some kind of glitch and they ship my order immediately.
I emailed them again restating I didn't want the products and to refund my money three x's I asked this and they ignored it and pushed the shipment through anyway. If there was some kind of glitch they should have let their customers know and respected their decision in accordance with the situation. Based on what I've experienced with them not only do I not expect them to honor their word of giving me a full refund if I sent it back--but I wouldn't be surprised if I opened the box only to find rocks were the products should be. I ignorantly based my belief about this company on the quality I felt the products have.
It is not a reputable company. Stay away or die disrespected and sucked by the Desert.
