Desert Carpet Cleaners

Desert Carpet Cleaners advertise on their webpage that for $59 they will clean the carpet in 4 rooms. Contacted their telephone number (702) 850-**** to ask for information.

For the price sounds kind of decent. The carpet in my house is in fairly good shape and clean just a little/lite traffic wear. Only one person lives here and I remove my shoes when I come in from outside, no pets, no children, no spills, so the carpet is maintained very clean. I'm putting my house on the market and just to put the final touches had the carpet cleaned.

When the technician shows up he said that for $59 they practically only spray the carpet with water spray and vacuum. On their website they list 5 steps they follow in servicing your carpet. This technician only did steps one and 4. Step one is the walkthrough which was no more than a sales pitch and to let me know $59 was basically just to vacuum the carpet.

If you want it clean is going to cost you $120. I let him know I was very disappointed and he gave me discount of $20. He did a fairly good job but that's besides the point. They advertise a price, do a walk through and inform you that $59 doesn't get you nothing and if you decide you don't want their service you still have to pay the $59 for them just showing up!!!!

Don't try to get straight answers from the girl answering the phone. It's useless.

I was quoted a price on the phone carpet cleaner showed up spent half an hour setting up turned on a machine and said you need deep cleaning my price jumped from 39.99 for one room and a small bathroom area in front of sinks to 250.00. Told him never mind and called the company and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee.

Never in my life have I heard of such a *** thing to do. Ended up telling him to just do the job I was quoted as it was only about 10 more than the cancellation fee.

Meanwhile I have one really clean square. Next stop is the better business bureau

The man was very rude! I was unable to afford a fancier cleaning and he treated us very shabbily Very unkind! Normally I do a bit more in-depth cleaning but was unable to do so this month!

I ordered 4 rooms for $69 and when the tech came out he sprayed water onto my carpet and said: "this is what you get for $69." He then sprayed a carpet shampoo onto my carpet and said: "this is what you get for $450." A $400 market up for using a shampoo. I told him to get the HELLO out.

Avoid this company like the plaque. When I got upset with the cleaner who only spoke broken English, he phoned the office and the girl tried to get me to do it for $225. At that point, I wouldn’t let them do it for free. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I had them come and do our carpet I said I couldn’t afford more than $75 which is what they quoted for three rooms that was the living room the dining room and my mamas room so when the guy came he was rude to my caregiver who I had left in charge and he got mean and he wouldn’t do the things that she asked like letting her finish my mama and her bedroom so that he could come in and clean he didn’t want to do that he told her this is all you’re going to get for what you paid and eat it and then he did have a baked job and left

Total scam! I was quoted $59 for four rooms.

When the cleaner came out he told me I needed to deep clean. He said they would raise the carpet and clean pad etc. and that would be $699. I told him no and so he said $199 for a deep clean.

He made two calls to talk to his superior in charge of the scam. I told him to just leave and I would clean the carpets myself. He then quoted me $105. I reluctantly said ok.

He did a good job on the living room but the bedrooms he barely touched.

He was gone in less than an hour.

WORST *** PLACE EVER!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

First they were SUPER late. Then, when they were finished my carpets looked the EXACT same (literally)!! Absolutely NO DIFFERENCE!! Here are pics AFTER they "cleaned" my carpets so EVERYONE can see what a HORRIBLE job they did.

DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the disappointment.

I was told over the phone they would do three rooms for $49.00. When they arrived they did one room for $100.00.

I was not home or I would have sent them on their way. There representative Abraham told my wife they were not leaving without doing something. Additionally they wanted to charge $250.00 for an 8 by 10 area rug. I called there office and registered my complaint.

The individual I spoke to said they would be happy to come back and do the other two rooms for $39.00. What ***.

Worst service ever...this place is a scam! Terrible work .

Called in to get my old house clean and they quoted $84 for 2 rooms (With mini closets), Stairs, a master closet. Seemed higher than there other ads but needed it done so I scheduled the service. I work crazy hours so I set it up for my Girlfriend to be there.

When they got there same thing as the others. Told her it'd be $225 deep clean but he could do it for $115 today. I told her to stick to the $84 quote and have them get it done. When she told them that was all we wanted he got rude, did a poor job and left under a half hour later. At first he also said he'd do it cheaper than $84 for the basic cleaning because we were quoted two closets that weren't closets. Then at the end still charged her $84.

If you look them up they are the same as Stainmaster who also has horrible reviews. If you want to waste money, deal with rude people and get *** poor work give them a call.

This company does not stand by their "satisfaction guaranteed." I had a technican come out and paid more than quoted due to pet stains. I assumed I would pay more but would also get the service promised which was clean carpets, stains removed and a 30 day guarantee on any spots that reappear.

Now two weeks later the spots are coming back and after calling and requesting assistance since spots are coming back I was told I didn't pay for deep cleaning so they won't come back and resolve the issues they promised they would. Do not use this company!

They do not offer "satisfaction guaranteed" and will charge double than you were quoted! Way to rip off your customers!

We Clean Carpet cleaners sent by Desert Carpet Cleaning las vegas. I was quoted a price on the phone for amount of rooms and stairs I have which was 89.00. Desert sent out this contractor, We Clean Carpets, he came in my house, I showed him the rooms and stepd, my carpets are done every six months, so my carpets are kept clean all the time. This guy dies a demo on thd steps and said if you want shampoo, it will cost you $150.00 or if you want de cleaning, it will cost you 200.00. I said what. He said the 89.00 is only fir steam cleaning which is only surfsce clkeaning. I tokd him I was quoted 89.00. I said your compsnyvis a fraud. He said I have to call my supervisor. Hexwasctelling thd supervisor my carpets were dirty and had 19 steps and dirty traffic areas. I said let me speak to your sup

Supervisor. I told him what I was quoted and when your contractor camevout he gave me all different prices. He said what is your budget. I said that is none of your business. I was quoted a price and if you dont do my carpets for whatvi was quoted i will report your company as frauds. He said let me see what i can do. Finally, he came back anspd said 105.00. I needed my carpets done so i agreed. I toldcthem i was so pissed off. The guy did a terrible RUSH job and i wasted my 105.00. I want to report this company as fraudukent.

Typical scam - "$39 for 3 rooms" which is a bunch of ***. Not only did they send some *** out who couldn't stop staring at my toenails - after they attempted to upsell and I told them to take a hike, the guy decided to do the job anyway after speaking to his supervisor (who by the way is a rude, obnoxious pos) - the stain never came out, the *** cut a 12-inch cut into my carpet in the middle of my dining area - and worse - the State of Nevada Business Unit doesn't handle these complaints.

Is it any wonder why American commerce is falling apart! Nathan Levy is the owner. Dirtbag never returned my call either.
