They're playing the victim now
I found out I'm paying for a 2019 used vehicle (purchased last summer) and it's not even under my name! Sure the paperwork I signed with them says it's mine...Yet I was told by FCA Canada Headquarters that my vehicle I'm paying for is under a different ladies name!
Had I not called to
make a complaint about this company and the beyond poor customer service/warranty work, I'd be continuing to pay for a vehicle my names not on. No surprise my caseworker is also having a hard time contacting you about things.
Trust the bad reviews on this place. You will never get customer service after you sign, just continous run around and ghosting. They don't do warranty work without a fight; when they do, it's not properly done if done at all.
After almost having to involve my lawyer, they still didn't do
things agreed and signed upon. The reviews complaining about wheel alignments are also true facts. I paid to have one done shortly after purchasing to have to pay for another around a month later after they had my vehicle
