bought something from Eddie Bauer and an offer popped up saying "pick one of these rewards". This is the only thing that sounded remotely useful and offered a sample of their product for $1.17. I followed the links looking for the catch and couldn't find one, and against my better judgement I ordered it. The bottle arrived and the pump didn't work. I didn't worry about it since it was a dollar. Now I have a charge for $85 on my credit card. ...

Anonymous I got the offer for a survey from AARP. I have complained but so far no reply.

nikalseyn

nikalseyn Dispute the charge with your credit card company. And, make sure you do not pay the $85 to anyone. Period.

I have been ripped off by DermineLift twice. I applied for a free trial but was charged over 80 dollars twice. All efforts to have the products returned has proved abortive. They would not answer your phonecalls nor reply your e.mail beyond the fact that they have stopped further deductins from your account. They are crooks. Its only crooks that act the way this company acts. They even removed what they called cross boarder fees or something....

Tammy They scam me too!!! :(

Tried to cancel but kept getting a busy signal when I called. Sent email also and still they charged my account again. I am having to cancel my debit card today. Don't buy in to this fraud! I wished I had checked them out before I bought in to their free sample fraud. My experiences is the same as the reviews I am reading online. I am upset that they can get away with this! If anyone has had any success in getting your money back, please post...

Trying to discontinue/cancel any future shipments and although I sent e-mail and got a response, the response was they can't accept e-mail cancelations. Go figure. But just try to call and cancel. You never get through and if, by chance, you do get through, a person by the name of Demetri says their systems are down and can't take cancelations, not even by hand! This company is a scammer in that they will ship you future shipments unless you...

I DID RECEIVED WITH A COUPLE OF DAYS TWO EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYING THEY HAD CANCELLED EVERYTHING AND THERE WOULD BE NOT CHARGES. JUST GOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL AND THEY CHARGED ME $84.99 AND + THE CHARGES FOR THE *** SAMPLE. I...

I ordered a free trial online only to pay for cost of shipping. I was charged $91.00 which also included a currency exchange fee. This was completely unauthorized. I had to file a complaint with my bank. This happened to me 2 times. It took a minth to get the money back into my acaccount. The company never even responded to the bank, they just gave me a provisionary credit because that was the last of my money from a job I had ended. That was...

Derminelift is a organized crime company operated by professional thieves. This company gets your bank info when charging for a one time shipping fee. After that they charge your bank account numerous times without consent. I was charged for products that was never received. All victims of this fraudulent act from this underhanded misleading practice should maybe get a class action filed against this company. My account has been cancelled to...

It's a scam, on the third day after the trial arrived, they charged my cc for the full $84.99. When called they could not find my order initially, a week later they said oh, sorry you passed the trial period. Stay away, bad people to deal with. I had to pay shipping for the return product. I am sure they will say we have no record of the trial package coming back. I have a copy of tracking and payment receipt from USPS. They are out of London...

I must report a bad seller named "DermineLift" because I didn’t buy anything and the seller charged my credit card every month. On Sep.30, I saw a advertisement in website about DermineLift Product, and he said that you can pay $3.99 and get a samples. So I paid $3.99 and got a very small bottle of sample. After that, I didn’t buy anything and the seller continued charging my Acct for $84.99 on Oct,15,2013 then another charge on Nov,13,2013 for...

On Nov 8 a charge of $84.99 was made to my acct. I called the CS number. The woman was very condesending from the get go. I explained that I had never received anything from them and frankly dont remember ordering anything from them. Since they didnt email me any...
