I was supposed to receive a 14 day trial of this product for 4.95 shipping only. Never received. Then they charged me 89.95 for the full size product which I also never received. I contacted them to tell them I never received either shipment and they told me they'd cancel my order. I reminded them that I never received any product and requested a refund of the 93.90 that they charged me and was told they'd "look into my account and get back to me in 24-48 hours." That was weeks ago and the last time I sent an email it came back to me as undeliverable. Does this company even exist and if so who can I talk to about getting my $93.90 back?

The first thing that is the product is water. DO NOT believe the beautiful bottle it shows in ad, it comes in cheap plastic bottle (mine broke soon after getting it) But the most important thing it does not work. Nothing like ad on TV. When you purchase they try to get you to increase the amount you buy and I found it is the same amount in ad, but cost more. This whole company is scam. DO NOT believe TV ad.

This people used Shark Tank in their ad, eve showed pictures. Ordered fee trial. No confirming e mail. Suspected something. Found your website. Then went back to Demavie. Website stated winding up operations, going out of business. Immediately called credi card company & cacncelled card and filed fraud alert. We are only talking minutrs after order they posted going out of business!!!! I sent message to Shark Tank about fraud use of their show. Hopefully cnbc tracks them down.

Paid for a trail period product.. Never received product. Called company. Item was returned to them for wrong address. Same address for 22 years. Resent to me with new start of trial period. WRONG. Received product 6 days AFTER my account was charged $89.95. Called to cancel and reverse charges. Was met with rudest, most indignant, individual citing legal jargan with inferior educational aptitude. I call this THEFT!!! RIP OFF!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

8/4/17 Was supposed to be $4.94 for trial. Cancel anytime. Right! There was no phone number. When I did Charged $4.94 plus $4.97 for another product. Researched ingredients and determined I would NOT put them on my face. Thought, "Lesson learned". Kept bank account at near zero for the next month to thwart autoship reorder. 10/24/17 2 months + 20 days the thieves just stole $84.97 out of my bank account today. Had I not checked the account, they would have gotten away with it. I've had to cancel my debit card and sign a form to open a fraud investigation. BUYER BEWARE on this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam - Fraudulent Company

Ordered the trial - got charged $87 - we sent you the wrong product, I can refund 35% of the charges - ummmm, no. Refund all, please cancel. 8 months later and 12 phone calls, finally my cc company halted the latest charge because of all the hassles trying to completely cancel. Customer service agent stated, well you canceled just one product. Again, ummmm NO! Finally they are refunding the last charge to the card - only because I stated that I was taking them to small claims court for all the erroneous charges and fraudulent activity. WHAT A PAIN!!!

And saw $92.36 bill on my credit card. I emailed company with no response and explaining what happened and to cancel items. Next month got a box of cream and refused the delivery and got charged again $92.36. I emailed again with no response and called. Just today May 27, 2017 I got another charge of $92.36 and never received cream again. Called and finally spoke to someone and told her to cancel again and that I never received cream again, and basically said to bad because we show we sent the items to you. Ask for a manager and said they would call me back and would tell me the same thing. This is truly a scam. So don't fall for this to get a free sample. This company is a real joke.

Derma Devine is a scam. You think you are ordering a sample for the cost of mailing!!!

THIS IS NOT TRUE, and false and tricky advertising. You actually receive full product and then they charge your account within the month so watch your bank account. I had charges of $79.95 and 89.95!! I tried to return the product because I didn't like it.

Come to find out, they don't accept returns if you have opened the package?!?! THEN HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO SAMPLE IT?! Advertisement is a scam. Deceit and lies.

I would not want to be an employee of this company either!!! I tried to contact them and only offered a small amount of refund after having to speak to a superior

This company is a scam when they advertise free trial. What is really happening is you are signing up for a monthly program to the tune of $180 yet no where on the website did this explain that. They charged my credit card $374 for one month before I realized what was happing. I called the company and was told they would not refund my money but would cancel my membership. I then contacted my credit card company and submitted a formal complaint along with shots of the website, reviews etc. It took two months but my credit card company reversed the charges from their bank and credited the money back to my account. YOU DO HAVE SOME RECOURSE IF YOU GET SCAMMED BY THEM!!

Scam. They offer FREE SAMPLES ONLY CHARGE FOR SHIPPING!!! with lots of fine print. So there is a charge for $4.95 and $5.95. Then what they do is ship these together and charge your account. $99.98 and $99.99 typically...for the product and tell you you signed for a 14 day trial and didnt call to cancel. I had to call numerous times to get ahold of the company during the trial period when I was planning to cancel, and then I finally got ahold of a rep. The reps are trained not to let a person cancel so I accepted a 1 week extension of the trial period. I confirmed with the rep if I kept the two products I would only be charged the full price for the next shipment which I had planned to accept, but instead I was charged full price for the original shipment and never received my second shipment. When I called customer service the to inquire why I hadn't received my 2nd shipment, two rep's ended the call even though I wasn't being rude and just had questions to understand why I paid over $100 for nothing. I explained that to the 3rd rep who finally was able to answer my questions that it was basically bad timing and I should have cancelled during the 14 day trial. This company is a real hassle to deal with and I would not recommend wasting your time and MONEY. They wouldn't refund me since I didn't cancel during the trial period even though I called and was misinformed. I asked the rep if this happens to many others and the rep told me MANY ppl call with complaints. I obviously am not the first nor will I be the last scammed in this or provided with misinformation. Buyer beware. If you choose to try it cancel within the first 14 days and don't let them talk you into ANYTHING else or you will risk paying a pretty penny for these items.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR FREE TRIAL! They send you a free trial for $4.95 and then send a supply to you every month for $92 and $99!!! This is a huge scam. When I called to return the product they refused a refund. The most I could do is cancel my "contract" that I was not aware of and not send any further shipments. I will never sign up for free trials again because this is how they rope into things you're not aware of. I will be pursuing action against this company by beginning an investigation with my bank and will look at governmental agencies that handle this sort of deceptive advertising. I wish I had read all these reviews first. That is one lesson I have learned!!!

Misled into buying ..Free trial email a scam

I clicked on a link for skincare which led me to the Free trial advert. Nowhere did it state that they would charge after 14 days. I tried submitting for it on my ipad and failed. Promptly 5 mins later I got a call from a "very helpful" lady at customer service who stated she was "just making sure my order went through smoothly for the Free trial. I then gave her my credit card and address. The cream arrived promptly and was quite substandard and gritty in quality. Subsequently another shipment arrive within 3 weeks. I was shocked to find a charge of $96 on my credit card. Called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful.

This company is a joke!!! Not only does the product suck but they steel your money and when you call they rudely hang up on you!!! They charge you a small fortune for a *** product!!!! Do not buy or fall for their risk free trial they will take your money and not give you any compensation for the money they did take!!! This company should be legally SHUT DOWN!!!! They are ROBBERS and take hard working peoples money and NOT CARE!!! And not to mention I DID NOT see any difference in my skin and I used it everyday for a month!!!

I saw an ad while going through my yahoo mail. It caught my interest so I entered my info on my iPad. However it did not go through so I gave up. But about 5 min later my phone rang and a woman operator stated that she had alled to help complete my order. So I gave her my credit card info. She reassured me that this was not a sales call. The Dermavie cream arrived promptly. It had a bad smell and was gritty. Disgusting! I was definitely not going to get anymore. However about 14 days later a new package arrived to my great astonishment. I thought they had sent me a duplicate order in error. I called to find that I had been billed twice for $96. I was horrified and called the customer service who was rude and hung up on me. I called again and someone actually gave me an address to return the product and told me that I would be charged for the "free cream" since I had not cancelled in 14 days. Nowhere on that particular site did they mentthis condition. I know for a fact that I would never order a sample with that precondition ! Needless to say I was livid. I asked for a supervisor but he refused stating thT he was not allowed to spend so much time with one customer and hung up on me.
