I never received my free guidebook download and I’ve been trying to contact them.
But two plasma pans and got a free guidebook I never received the guidebook. *** tried to contact numerous times.
Nobody got a hold of me and I just opened one of my my second pen and it doesnt charge it doesnt work. I cant use it and I was wanting to return it and get another one and nobody has responded.
Ive sent. I dont know how many emails.
Preferred solution: A new plasma pen and I’ll return the one that doesn’t work
User's recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because something happens to the machine the unit you can’t get a hold of anybody and get it replaced

My order has been in"transit" for weeks, I've tried reaching them starting that I believe it's probably lost. Sent an email with no reply as well as their live chat. Will never recommend this business

Terrible as my pen has stopped working and there's no way to get any support or a response to help with my issues now that the pen doesn't work.
Have people available to help as I paid a lot for the pen and the button that activates the spark just melted into the pen and doesn't work!!!
