Resolved: I'm being changed for an order that I have never made. I need to cancel.
- - Unauthorized charge for order 102**** placed Sept 17, 2023; customer service issues.
- - I did not order lately, please cancel that order and notify me.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After my review I got the order cancel.

PLEASE cancel that order. The order number is 102**** it saids that it was made on September 17, 2023. If I ordered it was a mistake, I do not wanted. I try to call customer service with out luck, also try to call your customer service but I was send to another website and was asked for my credit card because I needed to pay a dollar.
That didnt sound right to me. Please notify me of my cancellation.

I can’t log into my dermalogica learning account
- - Trouble signing in to my account.
- - I've reset my password several times.
- - I'm not receiving Dermalogica emails.

I tried logging in to my account to finish a class I was taking and I’m having trouble signing in. I tried resetting my password a couple times and I also don’t get emails with dermalogica, I don’t have any other accounts besides this one so I’m not sure what the problem is.
