Scam by Dermajuve

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am seeing on here that I was not the only one to get screwed...I received my product and there was nothing with the product that said I had so long of a time to cancel out...I looked everywhere even on the website and if they expect you to read that long document that is about 4 pages long...that ain't gonna happen.

I called when I got my credit card bill and the girl (Sarri) was very determined that I was going to pay the full price of $188.48. I kept arguing with her and asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager but finally decided to take 35% off which was only $65.95...I hope people are not *** enough to fall into this scam...The product was not that great anyway... I am very disgruntled but I don't know who else to contact to get all of my money back.....

If you refuse a shipment e.g. 'return to sender', they will still charge you/not issue a refund even though they have received the product back, unopened.

My 'free' trial was started on Nov. 29 and it is now Jan. 28 and I have been charged nearly 400 for a product that is NOT AT ALL worth the price. They send no notice that the trial is expiring.

I was duped--totally my fault, and lesson LEARNED!

Don't do the same.

Scammer company

I got suckered into a free trial by accidentally clicking on an ad on my phone. Went ahead and took the free trial bc it sounded interesting.

Now I regret it since I got charged $98.71 without my approval. My credit card company is treating it as fraud and has cancelled the card. Now I have to change my number and info on any auto-pay items I use it for, which is a hassle, but at least I am protected from any more charges from this scammer company. Beware of giving them any information and read the fine print, if you can find it.

I never saw anything that said I was signing up for a subscription. I have only been able to use the cream one time, so how would I know if I wanted to buy more???

SCAM ALERT- Dermajuve "FREE" 14 Day Trial Is 6 Days NO REFUNDS!!

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT

On August 8, I too paid $5.00 shipping for a "FREE" 14 day trial of their 1 oz. Peptide cream. It arrived 8 days after I ordered. it. I marked the date on my calendar so that I would not forget to contact the company in time to cancel all future shipments and charges for this shipment. Today I got up and checked my e-mail and noticed I was overdrawn ($30.00 bank charge) . When I checked my account i saw that Dermajuve (which uses that name for their product because people will think it is part of the Juviderm product) and noticed that they had charged me $89.99. This in addition to the $5 I had already paid for which there were no credit given. I immediately called and was told me 14 day trial bean the day I ordered it and not when I received it on the 15th. How can a "FREE: 14 day trial begin when you don't even have the product to try for 8 days. And so the scam they run begins. She also told me that had I called the day before that I would have received the full amount refunded, That makes no sense because how would I know I would be charged before they actually charged me? Then I was offered a 35% refund. I was also told that if I accepted it I would not get any more of my money refunded. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I told her before she put me on hold that I had to leave within the next ten minutes to take my son to work. She came back on the line and told me I would have to wait longer. I told her I could not. She then offered me her employee discount in addition to the 35% bring the amount refunded to $58.00 out of $95.00. She knew I couldn't wait so she credited my account and asked if she could help me further. I told her I still wanted a full refund. She said "no" that this was all I was ever going to receive..

What kind of company plays with the 14 "trail" period so a customer doesn't get the 14 day trial they are offered. What kind of company offers a partial refund and not a full refund.? Especially if a customer is a day late? They should have to remind you of the date you have to cancel since all that would take is a simple addition to their computer program that would send out an e-mail the day or two before? What kind of company allows it's employees to offer their own employee discount to be added to the 35% refund? What kind of company makes it so you cannot speak to a supervisor? . What kind of company uses pressure to get you to accept a partial refund? Obviously not a good company. Any company that relies on these tactics to make money is running scams and is making more money that way than with legitimate sales.

This should be against the law. I urge all of you who have had these problems to contact the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida and file a complaint as well as post on their Facebook page (and yours), post on Pissedcustomer.co, contact your credit card company and let them know of this type of practice and that they should not allow this to happen to their customers, and file a complaint with People Claim if you don't mind spending another $20.00. To me the $20.00 is worth it because if enough of us do all of these things the practices that this company uses will be outlawed and/or they will have to start giving full refunds. Fighting fire with fire and being the squeaky wheel are the only way to make this company stop using scam practices to sell their products. I am doing all. I truly hope that you are a woman who believes that only by posting and complaining will cause things to be changed, even outlawed maybe, so that this does not happen to other women. We are powerful enough to make them change in numbers!

I used this page with copy and paste to post on all of the other pages which makes it so much more simple. You can too!!

I too was scammed by Liberty*ludermacell. I ordered Rejuva sample and 2as charged $4.95 to my credit card.

I placed the order on 4th, received in on 10th and was billed on the 12th. That is clearly not 14 days. I also do not remember reading that it would be a monthly recurring charge every month when I signed up. (Unless you cancel).

The worst thing about this is that they actually took $97.81 From my checking account. Really, I never agreed to that one did I give them my bank checking info. SCAM. They offered a discount when I called to cancel and wanted to charge my credit card $37.81 but my credit union sent a fraud alert and would not process it.

I am going Monday to get all these charges removed from both credit card and checking account. Customer service will not give me a RAM number (WHATEVER THAT MEANS) to return the jar they sent along with my free sample. They instead extended my trial period to May 4th.

I don't want it and just want to return it..period. I will update later if I get things squared away and let you know of the process or if there are any other Sammy tricks.

I also got charged 188 today. I'm seeing it at 530am!!

I looked thru fine print and saw Nothing of a trial period or being charged!!

I'm praying my bank puts money back! Im,disabled and have no money

Guest

I just got my bill...now I'm overdraft. Disabled and cannot work and have overdraft because of these crooks!!! Did your bank give your money back????

Guest

I also got screwed out of $188.00. They are supposed to refund me $80.00.

I was only to pay shipping & I saw nothing about a 14 day trial.

I do not do 14 day trials, ever. Ludermacell & Java cell Are both scams.

Guest

Scammers! I just got charged $98.71 by a company labeled Liberty Ludermacell.

I immediately called my credit card company and reported the fraudulent charge to them. They cancelled my card and issued a new one. Because of the similarity of the names I am sure this is the same company I ordered the free skin care trial from.

Nowhere did I see anything about a monthly shipment, and there was nothing in the package I received besides the skin care cream. STAY AWAY from Juvacell!

Guest

How can these people sleep at night cheating innocent people out of so much money? I paid 4.95 plus 89.00 for a 1 oz.

bottle of this *** that doesn't even work. WHAT A SCAM! I had to change my debit card to make sure they didn't take me for another 89.00. They were suppose to send another bottle of the *** after I unknowingly paid 89.00 but I didn't even get that.

They are crooks, liars, cheats and scammers! They will answer some day to the good Lord in heaven for the sins that they have committed.

Guest

This same thing happened to me. I didn't notice it until just like you I checked my bank statement online.

This is a rip off! They make it sound like you just pay the shipping and you will receive a TRIAL sized product to try. Well, I paid the postage 3different times for 3 different TRIALS and like you I was charged $89.95 for products that I wasn't even sure that I wanted. It gets even better!

They planed to send products on a monthly basis which I guess was in some fine print. I called and I was too offered a discount. I told them I had contacted my bank and she wanted to know what I'd told them. I told them to CANCEL EVERYTHING.

I didn't want any more products nor did I want any further money removed from my account. I have a feeling they are used to using their DECEPTIVE advertising to pull us in hook line and sinker. Fooled me once but NOT AGAIN! I believe they can be reported to the FTC and I think they have already been down that road.

The other advice would be to look at charges because all of mine were under different names on my statement. BUYER BEWARE!

I forgot to mention the packages had no invoice no nothing OR you get an invoice without the dollar amount you were being charged. There was NOTHING TO INDICATE the amount being sucked out if you bank account.

And this was a FREE TRIAL PRODUCT just pay postage! Ya right!

Guest

These people scamed me to ! Except i was supposed to get a 30 day trial, came in the mail 3 to 5 business days and after using the product for not even 2 weeks they never sent anthing, or called about charging me , and they ended up charging me $89.95!!!!!

COME ON PEOPLE REALLY !!!!!!!!

IF I would have liked your products i would have paid anything, but for yall to scam a person this way is JUST WRONG !!! And will get whats coming to them, KARMA IS A *****!!!!!!!

Guest

OMGGG. I am a teenager who told my mom about this product when I saw that I only had to pay $4.94 for it to be ship to my house.

And, guess what ? They charged me 3 times of a total around $300 or more and this is on my parents account that we didn't know until now. I just talked to one of them and they ended on me. What the heck is this customer service.

I hate how dreadful they are scamming people by being sneaky. I am just so mad at the moment.

Only if I would have seen your post in the beginning. Screw their company.

To all of you being scammed by fraudulent charges to your credit card, or products being sent to your home without having been ordered: go to your bank. This happened to me once, and the next time I went to my bank I told my banker.

He listened to my story, then I called the vendor while he listened to the call.

The vendor just babbled on and on until my banker told me to just hang up. The bank refunded all of my money, and warned other customers about this company's practices.

DermaJuve is unreachable by phone or email.

I called today to talk to a representative about the DermaJuve Peptide Complex. All I got today was a recording giving me a cancellation confirmation 582-1****. I do like the product, but my face broke out the second day I used it. So as the container said I quit using it. I assumed I had 30 days to cancel if not satisfied. I was also informed via recorded message that I would be charged an additional $38.71 because I canceled. So I am requesting the charge be reversed from my MasterCard.

Respectfully,

Grandmother of six SCAMMED

As everyone else this awful company scammed me where it hurts! After paying $4.95 for a "sample" they charged my account for $89.95.

This was after calling twice, as they hung up on me the first time, they assured a refund as we spoke. After waiting four days, the refund of $13.98 was in my account. Needless to say, I called again, and after three more hang ups finally talked to a "representive". He gave an address to send back the sample.

As of yet it is not in the mail, but will be today.I am a grandmother of six on a fixed income. Isn't there any way we can get our full refund back?

This place should be extremly wealthy by now because of people like us! The address given is Dermajuve, 948 symphony Boulivard (sp) Apollo Beach, Florida 32572

I placed a trial order of Dermajuve Cosmetic product, after few days I had seen $89.95 taken out from my account. This company does not tell you that there is a 15 days trial period...if I had known, I could have canceled the product I placed on a trial basis.

I emailed them and told them that I am not happy the way they deal with taking out money in my credit card...this company wants consumers money!

That is what they're after. I canceled it once I'd seen how much they've taken out on my credit card...I never received any feedback from them...as their 1-800 phone number is just for cancellation, not for complaints...when you email them, they will not respond to your complaints...BEWARE to all WOMEN who would like to try their products....I am on a fixed income...and they DO NOT CARE providing they've taken out your MONEY from your credit cards....I will not deal with all these FREE TRIALS again, they're ALL SCAMMERS....

Was not warned anywhere of 14 day cancellation!

I ordered a free trial for $4.95 shipping. No where did I read 14 cancellation policy.

I see my account has been deducted by $89 dollars! I am furious, and want my money back in my account. this is an out and out scam!

the website did not reveal there was a 14 day cancellation, there was nothing by email or phone. so, I called and cancelled by phone by pressing a number, but did not get a person to speak to.

I am retired and will not be taken advantage of a low life company scamming people! I'm sure there are many other furious customers.

I am a senior citizen and was taken by Dermajuve as well, a trial basis for $4.95, too good to be true. Few days later, $89.95 was taken out from my credit card.

I tried to call the 1-800 number, it was for cancelation only, who and where can you complain? I sent them an email, no response...DERMAJUVE COSMETICS is a SCAM!

BEWARE!

same thing happened to me! I am not *** but guess I am not as smart as the money hungry mongrels of today's age.
