I only sent for the free sample product as offered on TV commercial. This product is way too expensive.
I wish to have my name removed from your list of customers as I did not ask to be a customer. Please answer immediately or as soon as possible.

You are still deducting money from my account and I am getting no
product. I wrote to cancel but you didn't do it.
I returned the products and wrote a letter asking you to cancel further shipments. You stopped sending the product but are still charging me. I am going to tell my bank to reverse charges and to not accept charges in the future. You are a terrible company!!!
Please answer this!! I do not want you charging me almost $200 a month for nothing.
I will report to the Better Business Bureau. Your company is horrible to continue to charge me and I'm not getting anything and don't want it.

I sent for the free sample and received it but never got a notice about them sending me another shipment. I was shocked when I saw they had charged almost 200.00 to my debit card.
I called immediately to tell them I couldn't afford their product and I wanted my account closed and the information to return the shipment.
Turned out the person then cancelled my account which I wanted done, got the address to return the product which was literally 20 minutes on I77 North from my home in North Canton, Ohio. Now they claim my account was closed and they say they never received my returned shipment.
Talked to several people on several occasions. Would never give or connect me to a manager or another address I could call/write to advance my claim.

I know this company is a scheme but I need my $200.00 more than they do.
I saw that most if not all of the 'Pissedconsumer" complaint have said
virtually the same thing, word for word. How can this company still be in business??
Why does my review have to be 100 words? I have already said what I ned to say. Are you in kahoots with DermaFi and hoping I'll give up my fight to get "My" money back?????? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Don't buy DermaFi
I contacted customer care for DermaFi on November 7, 2017 at 9:00 am. I wanted to return unused product and was told I could only return 1 which was purchased in the last 30 days.
I have 3. I was unaware of the 30 day return policy. I wanted to return at least one additional product with the one qualified in the 30 day period. I asked to speak with a manager or the next level and the response was a hang up.
I called again and spoke with another person refusing to let me speak with the next level and again the response was another hang up. I am very upset with the way I was treated. I do have the right to speak with someone else that has more authority. I was denied that right and treated very rudely.
This is DermaFi's "customer care"????
They have their customer care set up so there is no resolution other than hanging up on you. I will keep researching how to make this very public since DermaFi does not care once their product is shipped.
Terrible Service
I too wanted to try the "Free" sample of this product and before you can even know if it works they charge your account $90. So I called customer service, the person told me she couldn't find my account and hung up on me.
The second time I called the person found my account within seconds. After going back and forth for several minutes, and him trying to talk me into a discount on "future" shipment, I assured him there would be NO future shipments. He finally cancelled my subscription with absolutely no type of refund.
I will never again order anything "Free" online. I guess I just have to live and learn from these scam artists.

Unauthorized transaction to my credit card
There was a $89.31 charged to my credit card without my consent. Nowhere did I read it was an auto enrollment of something I haven't even tried yet!
This is very sneaky and underhanded and I am reporting this to the BBB!!!! It should be plainly stated to hard working consumers that this is an automatic monthly enrollment in something you didn't even have a chance to try out completely. Business's like this should be ashamed of taking advantage of consumers who work hard for every dollar!
Consumers don't have a chance these day's! This is unprofessional and the company should be ashamed the only way to peddle their product is by scamming customers!!!!!!

Horrible customer service/underhanded marketing/
Accepted an offer to "sample" the product for shipping charges only...two weeks later my credit card was charged $176.78. I called the company and after much deliberation was given a 50% credit (so I was told and given a confirmation #.
A week later I received more product (which I did not order) and was charged $187.72. I returned the product, called the company was told I would receive a full refund and given a confirmation #. Two weeks later...no refund. Called again spoke to another agent who guaranteed me a full refund...that same day my credit card showed a 50% refund.
I called again, spoke to yet another agent who said I was only to receive 1/2 refund, he did not care what confirmation numbers I had or who I had spoken to earlier, denied I was ever offered a 50% discount on the initial charges, would not let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. Obviously I will contact my credit card co.
to dispute charges. Old saying..."BUYER BEWARE" applies here!

I ended up turning this over to my bank and they are handling it. But it's been about 1 month since they said they mailed it, and even IF they mailed the product I have yet to receive it.
So again I say "AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANY OF THE TRIAL COMPANIES" as they're all rip offs and waiting for the weak and dumb about what they can do to take steps to get their money back. They just messed with the wrong person here!
Just got an email for cancellation of acct. Date I ordered 4-20-17 and cancellation date of 4-20-17.
Now what does that say to you?
They had it in the computer and never sent it, but charged me anyway. I have just reported them to the BBB
AVOID THIS AND ALL SAMPLE TRIES ONLINE!! I had a problem with my bank thought this was a scam charge on my card (wish i had listened to them then), but they took it off and I called customer service to reorder the sample.
I told them at that time I didn't want any future shipments. That if I thought it was working I would call and order. They said they noted that and canceled it. RIGHT!!!
I just checked my bank acct. today and there was the $89 charge. When I called all they wanted to do was argue about, try to offer me 1/2 my money back or return the product when it comes. Why should I pay them for being thieves and liars?
What do you have to do to make sure they cancel when you tell them to? I'm going to refuse the package so it goes back and my bank said when it posts they'll reverse it and put a stop on them so neither of the companies involved with this can do it again. I think this is reprehensible for a company to act like this and hire people (which I'm sure they make them do this to get paid) that argue with a customer. This is not a way to get future service even if the product worked, which it didn't.
Not even a reduction in lines.
I'm also going to report the company to the BBB. They'll get to the bottom of the way they do businessl.

Dermafi - Subscription Review
DermaFi is a scam. They offer a low cost sample but don't tell you they'll be sending you another jar every month costing over $80 a pop.
I called the company to protest and cancel any more but the so called 'customer service' guy refused to do that and insisted he'd put me on a bi-monthly shipment instead and said they refused to accept orders being returned. I had to threaten to have my bank reverse the charges and insisted I speak with a Supervisor. She wouldn't take the product back but did cancel further shipments.
She also reduced the price of each unwanted cream to $30 so I got $50 plus back on each unwanted jar. I'm disgusted with this company unethical way of doing business.
Dermafixa Customer Service
Read the fine print and don't forget to write down customer claim number. I purchased DermaFixa Instant Lift and DermaFixa Collagen for a grand price of 198.00.
When my account was debited, I call immediately to discontinue the subscription and was offered an 80% discount on all future shipments. In March, an additional 198.00 was debited and NO product had been received. When I called to have my money returned, I met up with a salesperson who was unable to address my concerns nor refund my money. My bank has been working with the problem to no avail.
I did change my debit account so no further transactions could be made.
Avoid this at all cost and purchase the product elsewhere. As for product, it is okay but certainly not worth $ 400.00 -jc

You fell for a common scam---the "free trial" for which you have to provide your credit/debit or other method for payment and, if you carefully---carefully read what you are signing up for you will see you will receive the free item, but also you are agreeing to receive periodic shipments of the product for which you will be billed or debited, etc. unless you cancel within a certain time frame.
You need to cancel online with this company as it appears you didn't cancel within their timeframe. Good luck.
