Resolved: Order # 239******** - Fed Ex does not recognize the tracking number you provided. Unable to track shipment
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. no further action was required. npne.
The vendor sent me a FedEx tracking number, which FedEx did not recognize. The shipment appeared to be languishing in Joplin, MO.
I contacted the company via email to inform them of the issue. There apparently is no customer service function because there was no response.
The shipment finally showed up (four weeks later). I was never contacted by the vendor.
