sI called the number on the black portion of the label which was near impossible to read and which required a magnifying glass. I started calling after the first 5 days of use as there was absolutely no difference in my face, neck or eye area.

With each call to the number located on the label , there was no company name announced, a female recorded voice that stated to follow a prompt which didnot work once, and then eventually the voice came back on good bye. And this was Mon- Fr for nearly 4 weeks. When finally someone answered for the very first time it was Jan 3 or 4. I argued with the young lady stating not to penalize me for their inadequate phone service, not identifying the company, stating to push a prompt number that never once worked and then to be hung up on time after time.

I asked her several times to talk to her Supervisor and she replied here are non available She gave me ultimatums until I had to hang up. And here is what I had to do. In order to get some of money back I had to mail back the 2 containers of lotion at my cost, and then start all over calling the dreadful phone number on the label to give the person who answers my tracking number. At that point the company will credit me with some of monies but not all.

And that is only if I call back over and over and over until someone answers but never on a weekend of holiday.

I have learned a painful lesson and will never ever order a sample of anything again as long as I live.

This company out to be ashamed of themselves for despicable labeling, poor to none phone service and making me go to the PO and pay for the return of junk lotions that are going right into their garbage and then making me call again and again with a tracking number. And that is if i can find the phone number with the myriad of health bills Im dealing with. This is simply highway robbery. Its on eBay for 49.00 but this co tried to charge me over 200.00!

There is no 30 day guarantee or your money back because you cannot reach them in 30 days PLUS they have there voice mail system on only 25 do those days and it will be cold inhell when someone picks up the call. Also, NO Supervisor to speak to per Ellie Lopez after requesting help 3 x.

User's recommendation: It’s not worth the glass jar it’s put in. I am 70, it did nothing to regenerate my skin and there service is horrendous
