I pre-ordered a womans blazer in early November and Derek Lam charged me for it. They said it would ship around December 4.

I didnt receive any updates or notifications, so I started following up with them on December 10. There is no phone number. It is disconnected. I sent several emails, and I would get responses saying please dont double message.

Finally, when I threatened to contact my credit card company, I received an auto generated email saying were sorry and were looking into it for you and will get back to you ASAP. No phone number, no persons name. Then they sent me a survey asking me how my customer service experience was, which I rate a one because I havent received any customer service. I never received an update from them and I continued to send emails asking for an update.

I just contacted my credit card company, showed them details and got my Credit card credited. When I started contacting them, the blazer was available online.

I feel they are fraudulent and if the consumer isnt proactivein following up theyll keep your money and you wont receive the product. Buyer beware!

Product not the same fragrance since moving to MT

I really dont know! Wowed by the fragrance (in store purchase) in Houston, relocated to MT (on line purchase) fragrance is a big ton of nothingness!

Package returned

I placed a vacation hold as I was out of town and Fedex refused to give me my package and returned the package back to the seller. I have been trying to contact Derek Lam for a refund and havent got any response.
