No support/communication

I bought an audio interface that's supposed to be plug and play but my imac doesnt recognize it. I've looked for software, drivers, etc but their site doesn't have driver downloads.
What their site does have is a so-called contact email but what good is an email address if you aren't going to check your enails. I've already sent them three within the last couple of months and they haven't responder to any. I would return it but im past the return window.
I just want some instructions on how to fixed this issue and its frustrating. I think im done with Depusheng !
