New refrigerator delivered damage, refused delivery, frig never got off truck . Maytag could care less, told would have to wait up to 58 hours before they could tell me a replacement would be sent.

SsHave no refrigerator old quit, storing food in ice chest!! Home Depot said would be 5-7 days before replacement sent. Maytag couldnt do anything to get one sooner just quoted policy. It was put in the truck damaged, nothing to make it right to get one to. I cancelled order. Purchased a frig from Best Buy being delivered in 2 days!!!

Tired of my clothes not getting clean i am looking for a scrub board (do you known what that is THt ias to get my white socks clean

everything about the washer not getting whites clean holes in clothes 18.00 dollar smart wool socks not even a year old with hole in heel because of no AGITATOR

My Maytag washer was 1 yr old a had to have it repaired and now now not even 2 yes old and electrical problem very disappointed with Maytag

Purchased Maytag 1 yr later needed repair, now not even 2 yrs, needs repair electrical this time. Very disappointed with Maytag, I thought they had such a good repatation. Cannot do large loads machine gets off balance throws codes, that's why I purchased large load machine. Does not clean well

My products never worked

Ive sent in my issues and nothing was ever done about it washer machine does not clean the clothes, they hardly get wet. Dryer door is hard to shut and stove does not clean oven.

Maytag products are junk. Cheaply made and work horrible. Washer does not get clothes wet, dryer door is hard to shut and stoves aqua clean does not clean oven Anita

New Commercial washing machine broke down

First mistake was buying a Maytag appliance I purchased a new set of Maytag commercial laundry machines in December 2020, 3 weeks ago the new washer stopped agitating I went online and booked my service appointment since the item is covered under the first year of the 10 year limited warranty the service company had the soonest appointment two weeks out I got my service date
