Nada, zip, just want my friggin money back for wasting it on HLS for a falsely construed process they are too lazy to clean up!
I already got a lame letter and no help from DHS! They need to stop making promises and services they cannot meet.

Verified ReviewerGlobal Entry is a rip off!
- - I paid $100 online for Global Entry.
- - Denver appointment 300 miles away; no slots for months.
- - Eight months in, still not registered.
As I planned a trip overseas I thought Global Entry would be beneficial. I signed up online and paid $100.
I was told I would have to make an appt. at a Regional Airport (Denver) 300 miles away. No appts. open for months.
Then I was told I could do it easliy on return to the US in Customs (Chicago) but they only snapped my picture and hustled me along. No one was helpful and pushed me through.. still no GE registration and cannot travel 300 miles for appt. to finish this.
It has been 8 months since application. This is a worthless venture, do not waste your money, they have NOT got this figured out!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Skip Global Entry
BEWARE! Using 3rd-party companies that overcharge with hidden fees!
- - ESTA for my wife on the official site costs $14.
- - A $104 bank fee and a $90 third-party charge.
- - Refunds are not issued; the reviewer calls it a scam.
I applied for an ESTA application for my Japanese wife to visit Guam. I applied through their official government website.
The fee is $14USD for the application.
Once my wife's application was confirmed, there was a bank fee of $104USD directly from my account (that was only listed on their official website).
A 3rd party called "eVisaprocessing" charges $90 for an application that costs $14. Total scam that cannot be traced.
ESTA site repeatedly posts about not using 3rd parties (I used their official government website) and to watch out for scam sites. They also make it very apparent that NO REFUNDS will be given regardless of a successful or failed application.
They KNOW about this problem!
They either have a hacked payment service that allows "eVisaprocessing" to grossly overcharge customers or they have a deal with them. They deny all accountability throughout their site and know that this is a huge problem.
- Easy to apply online
- Uses a 3rd party company that overcharges without your knowledge
Preferred solution: Full refund
HOMELAND SECURITY SLIT AND READ MAIL SNOOP PROGRAMS
- - Mail is opened and read, then taped shut and sent weeks later.
- - It wastes taxpayer money by reading public mail.
THESE LAZY BUREAUCRATS OPEN YOUR MAIL AND READ IT FOR NO REASON, THEN TAPE IT SHUT AND SEND IT TO YOU WEEKS LATER. THEY ARE WASTING TAXPAYER MONIES SITTING IN THE OFFICE, READING THE PUBLIC MAIL FOR NO REASON.

THESE FOOLS COULD NOT HOLD A REAL JOB IF THEIR LIVES DEPENDED UPON IT. WORTHLESS IDIOTS STEALING TAX DOLLARS.
- Invasion of privacy
