Zero customer service. Slipshod unsatisfactory service.

I happened to apply for a passport for my child two months in advance and still no new passport has arrived. Three ways to contact the customer service and each one of the these are defective. If one wasn't working an the other worked then it would be normal but this! This is not normal and completely unacceptable when you should really be warned that you should apply 6 months in advance. Instead you are told a few weeks is well in advance. Lies all lies and just unforgivable because not only have you no where to turn and no one can help you. No one cares because they cannot deal with the issue of contact support.
