Troy Reynolds was helpful in ordering cctv home system, but shipped only wires and basic equipment for installing. Shipping of the 9 all weather vandal resistant cameras was delayed for almost 30-days.

Emails and calls were ignored. I called my credit card company and had payment to Troy's bank recalled. At that point Troy was very cooperative in seeking payment restored. I told him that I would, acting on instructions from my credit card company, release payment only upon receipt and verification of condition of the cameras.

The cameras arrived and I called for the release of funds.

The release took about 7-days and I got calls of complaint from Troy until he got his money. I sent one camera back for warranty work and 8-months later have heard nothing and believe I have lost that camera.

Purchased Cable Splitters back in Jan 2013, and received one email confirming this purchase and would send out a second notice to confirm processing. I have never gotten a second email or shipping notice or phone call.

I've left emails, voice-mails, but no one ever returned my messages. I had to cancel my order and make sure they did not charge my credit card. I have also called back and the phone is now out of service. I suspect they are now defunct but the website still works.

Worst is they are listed with Pronto Certified Store, Manta Member, Upfront Merchant and a Member of Merchant Circle.

Are these legitimate businesses? Do they check their members?

Only one email on 12/24 saying item had shipped. Had to cancel order on 01/05 as had not received yet. Watch shipping charges, checked USPS delivery @ $2.90, they charged me $10.09. No communication from company, no response to my emails, just a very bad company to deal with, will NEVER order from this company again.

I have received a refund but only because I paid through Amazon and they handled the refund.

DSG dba Denver Security Group history--since 2008 this CCTV company was based in Long Island,NY under the names of TTI-Plus, T-Tronics & A1-Security Corp to name a few--October 2011 the proprietor, Troy Reynolds left NY, company & family to Littleton CO--setting up yet another CCTV business as DSG--then went to DSG dba Denver Security Group! Adding & deleting several email & phone numbers over a period of a year (10/11-10/12).

On July 3,2012 we placed & sent a company check ($4440.48)for a surveillance package to Troy Reynolds/Denver Security Group--he received it on July 9th, deposited it into his account & that's when he started ignoring all request for equipment--contracting him via email & phone all went to limbo land of non-response!

One or two brief emails received (all documented) "You should have it by Tuesday" the old check is in the mail scenario! We finally contacted our attorney--advised to start filing w/FTC, BBB,Attorney General Office,FBI (because it is Internet fraud) etc. BBB complaint produced one response from his company--equivalent to the check is in the mail--there are more of us out there with the same problem with this company (5 BBB complaints)--Money doesn't grow on trees and with the economy the way it is when we purchase something it is because we need it--not just want it or have money to throw away. We do not need someone like Troy Reynolds/Denver Security Group living comfortable on our money--especially in another state where he feels he is safe from the long arms of the law!

Any one or company who changes email, phone #'s or addresses as much as he has in 4.5 yrs is hiding something. He has done this scamming before & will continue to if not stopped. We are one company & we are trying to stop him-but we can't do it alone.

He has had several complaints against him in NY & CO that are unresolved! So lets join forces!
