resolved my case with this company. mr.
nelson woods worked with me and I received my partial. it fits great. I have order a lower partial from mr.woods and I know he will do a good job in making it. the new partial look like real teeth and I am so happy to be able to smile and eat and chew real food.
so if any one need low cost dentures or partials contact mr, woods he will take u step my step thru the whole thing, from impressions to the the finished denture.

this company has scammed me out of 614.00. order upper partials in auqust 2014.
still waiting. has anyone delt with nelson woods who works out of garland tx. he took my order . the bbb is no help the att general is a joke.
this company need to be shut down i am filing to take them to small claims court. there phone and email never work. any one who reads this or has been scammed spread the word to not use this company for there service. i am on a fixed income the dentist wanted 2,000 for the upper trying to save mony just to be cheated.

in august i order the upper partial at a cost of 614.00 . after weeks of waiting i contacted a MR.
NELSON WOODS WHO TOOK MY PAYMENT HE SAID THEY WERE LOST BY THE LAB AND WOULD SEND OUT A NEW KIT. TOOK THE IMPRESSIONS SENT THEM IN AND CALLED HIM TO SEE HE GOT THEM. HE SAID YES AND TOLD ME HE GET THEM MADE. STILL WAITNG FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB DRAGGING THERE FEET.
THIS COMPANY NEED A LAW SUIT TO GET ALL THE MONEY THEY TOOK IN FROM THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE SCAMMED.HAS ANY ONE DEALT WITH MR. WOODS. THIS IS AMERICA AND THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

It's been 4 months now and the company has started to ignore my requests for updates and information. Phone calls have not been returned, emails are unanswered.
They have even failed to respond to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I have a complaint in now with the Attorney General's office.
I don't know how they can stay in business when they operate like this.
I ordered a full upper denture in early September expecting to have the completed denture in 5-7 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and I'm still waiting.
They have already taken payment for the service. They held my imprints for 6 weeks before processing (it took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to even get that). The try on they shipped was way too large, they did not send directions on how to re-size so I had to wait until I could contact the company for directions. They're now holding that impression and have not processed now for nearly 2 weeks.
They have not attempted to contact me at all to explain any reasons for the delays, and it takes them several days to weeks to respond to emails and written requests for updates.
In the mean time, they have banned me from commenting on their Facebook page and have deleted the bad reviews I left them. They have so far refused requests for a refund despite claiming a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB, AND HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE AUGUST 2014 FOR MY REFUND.
YES I SPOKE WITH NELSON, WHO SAID THAT HE COULDNT HELP BECAUSE HE JUST WORKED FOR THE COMPANY AND DID NOT KNOW WHO OWNED IT. DID YOU GO TO COURT?
