Beware
Theyre gladly there when taking down your payment info. Virtually nonexistent customer service for everything else. Same 3 people pick up the phone and always with a chip on their shoulder, except for one woman. Perhaps theyre not getting paid enough or too much. Then they take 10 times as long as every other company for simple requests - that is if they ever get to it. I dont know who their CEO is, but he should try calling once in a while to experience it for himself. Planning to switch as soon as my term is over.

It was the dumbest mistake to obtained a malpractice insurance thru this company, they charged me and issued the wrong policy and when I wanted to cancel and obtain a refund the broker Brendan Connolly along with their customer service reps, refused to issue a refund and later take my calls hanging up on me.I had to call the credit card company to obtain a full refund. Brendan buddy, you are a brown streak on dentist's under ware Brendan
