Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I ordered some dentistry equipment's last month from Dentstrydeal.com or also known as ZYSISS DENTECH and after 10 days of waiting , the order got cancelled on may 14th and they sent me an email saying the refund would be made within 10 days or contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they told me no refund was made.
I have tried contacting them multiple times and never received any communication back from them. Now I have no other option than to file a dispute.
