Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Thames water agreed to waive the water bill which I disputed
Temporary filling material. Quite expensive for what you get.
A tiny amount of tooth dressing. Zinc oxide /eugenol material is very cheap so I can't understand the price. Material was crumbly and dry, v. Difficult to manipulate.
The plastic spatula provided was far from optimum. I put it in before bed to get it maximum time to set. However, next day it fell out almost immediately. I used to work in dentistry so I could tell it was a poor product.
I emailed the company.
They said it could be from a batch damaged by heat in transit. I am waiting for a refund.
