When i was told of the dental discount card that I would be covered under, i was given the wrong DR Henry that I made ab appointment with, told her I had UHC, went to the APP after they call and in which, they could not find me listed, and then i called from the office, and it all added up as I was not under that policy but under the discount card. I was very frustrated....

User's recommendation: explain what the discount card covers and by which dentist.

Incorrect Billing by Dental Insurance vendor DENTEGRA.... We had cancelled our dental insurance service starting 1st October 2015. However, we received an invoice from this company showing charges for TOTAL AMOUNT DUE 145.34 . For billing period 2/1/16-2/29/16 . I have now notified them to correct the error. (1/9/2016) . There should be some check on these insurance companies and how they do the billing, without customer permission, on their own restarting a service which customer has requested to be terminated. Submitting so that other people will know about this customer service.
