CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to get customer service for three days now. I've been waiting on hold for over two hours each time with a recording telling me all representatives are busy with other customers.
This is absolutely absurd! I called another number I found and got a recording telling me that I'm calling after hours, even though I have been calling between 11:00 and 2:00 EST.
Preferred solution: I have a problem with a claim

Nikederm dentist service was traumatic for me..I had bridge done and they put in very poorly,my face numb,I had several people working on my,young lady about age 19yrs work on my month with no assistance I need answer how to handle this issue

Every time I call a Denta Quest I am on hold for over a hour.. Today too the cake I have been on hold for 3hours and 45 minutes.
I have been on hold almost 4 hours ! Call ed another number not listed on billing statement and spoke to someone but she said unfortunately she could help me but she will hold the line until someone in the department I need to speak to answer.
I am another 45 minutes in shes not there . HORRIBLE phone service

Provider issues
Provider promised a space for my son's dental cleaning. After Dentaquest assigned us to their office they soon broke their promise.
I called Dentaquest and spoke to Alexia Elliot and she quickly and professionally contacted other providers and made appointments for us. So happy I called and spoke to her.A

Dental Claims unpaid
How do i go about filing a complaint against Mo.Net dental for unpaid claims? I have filed claims for patients 4 times and each time Mo.Net or DentaQuest keeps rejecting the claims for some *** reason, saying the Doctor is not a provider, untimley filing, and out of network, which are all false.
So how do I get a complaint to the dental board about this?
I have called every number they have giving me and im not getting anywhere? so I would like for someone to get back to me and tell what i have to do to get this fixed.
