They show on their website my Dentist takes thier plan, but they do not

Dentalpans.com said that Dentemax will cancel my plan and refund all but a "$20 Processing Fee" even though they post false info on their site...

I needed to see a dentist and have no insurance so I looked on the Dentalplans.com wedsite and found a plan that my dentist would take and paid Dentalplans.com $104 for the Dentemax dental plan. About 40 days latter I was able to get in to see my dentist. I showed the receptionist my Dentemax card and she said, sorry we don't take that and I Shockedcalled the number on their website for cancellations

Preferred solution: The company who sells Dentemax plan should take my dentist off the list, but the Dentalplans.com told me it is the responsibility of my Dentist to call them and tell them they do not take Dentemax, I to Dentalplans.com customer se

User's recommendation: They will refund all but $20 so that must be how they make most of their money

This place is horrible, They took my money and did not issue a return. I have called and I have talk to 4 people already. Stay clear of this place
